    ​Do We Ship Products?

    Yes, we will happily ship throughout North America using Canada Post or UPS. Shipping will take place within 2 weeks of receiving payment and all shipping charges will be first quoted and then added to the total purchase.

    U.S. guests may have additional customs duty and/or import taxes for which you will be responsible.

    What is Your Exchange Policy?

    We will exchange or refund all undamaged merchandise purchased from our store.

    What is Your Warranty Policy?

    If a product has a manufacturer's defect we will exchange for a new product on the spot. If there is a question about a defect we may need to seek an opinion from our supplier.

    What Are Your Hours?

    We are open 10:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. We are only closed Christmas Day and New Years Day.
